You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Some types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
Personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item after it is approved and then place a new order separately.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.
